These technologies are integrated into engineered methodologies that plan the full scope: cutting sequence, stability, access, lifting, waste management and safety - before any equipment arrives on site.

Hilti Wire Saw Systems
- Electric wire saw systems with diamond wire capable of cutting heavily reinforced concrete, masonry and steel.
- Suitable for controlled demolition, structural alterations, bridges, tunnels, dams and power plants.
- Can be used for both wet and dry applications, including decommissioning of power infrastructure.
Ultra-High-Pressure Water Jet
Hydrodemolition & UHP Water Jetting
- Ultra‑high‑pressure water removes concrete without creating micro‑cracks and leaves an ideal bonding surface for repairs.
- Used for selective concrete removal, structural repair, dam and bridge works, and surface preparation.
- Reduces vibration and dust compared to mechanical methods.

Cold Cutting Technologies
- Mechanical and water‑based methods that cut metal without generating heat or sparks.
