High‑Hazard & Remote Projects
Small specialist crews, engineered methods, anywhere the work is
Some cuts sit behind an access problem that stops an ordinary contractor: a confined chamber, a remote site days from the nearest depot, a live facility with an unforgiving permit system. DeconCut mobilises small, self-sufficient crews with the right equipment and the paperwork done, from our Sydney and Brisbane yards to anywhere in Australia.
What that looks like in practice
- Confined space cutting planned under AS 2865, with entry eliminated wherever a remote or robotic method can do the work instead.
- Modular equipment that breaks down into components a person can carry in and build up in place.
- Containerised power and water treatment that travels by road, rail or sea.
- Methodologies, SWMS and competencies prepared to the standard tier one contractors and asset owners actually audit against.
High-hazard environments
Where the atmosphere itself is the hazard, the method changes: non-thermal cutting, zone-rated equipment and controls designed for the facility's own safety case. We work as a contractor inside the operator's system, and we build our procedures to fit it, not the other way around.
DeconCut operates as part of Perfect Group, which means an established integrated management system, ISO certifications and fifteen years of delivery behind a new name.
DeconCut acknowledges the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Isander people as Traditional Custodians of the country on which we live and work. We pay our respects to the Traditional Custodians and Elders past, present and future, and honour their connection to the land and ongoing contribution to society.
